Here’s a tip gabby - start seeing a therapist rather than asking people on social media.

Why she always turns to Instagram and Twitter to help her solve her issues is beyond me. There’s probably very little chance that any of her followers are actually qualified to give her any sort of advice. Also everyone has different things that work for them so just because something works for one of her followers doesn’t mean it’s going to work for her.

Anyone who replies giving her tips is an idiot because she doesn’t want to help herself at all, with anything, ever. She wants a quick fix as always. Thank god there’s not a surgery for anxiety or she’d be lining that up as we speak.
