I hate the influencers = good, gossip site users = bad narrative.

Such binary thinking is lazy.

They complain about negative comments on their social media etc but are also unhappy for anyone to vent AWAY from their sight. Because they're perfect people with no faults who don't deserve any criticism, right?

Also when someone is a blocking pro like Gabby then she gets away with all her problematic behaviour when she's approached directly.

So ACTUALLY it's the work of "scummy little trolls" that reveals some of the nastiness in the influencer community - some of it criminal! She can go do one!

I'm sure some people take it too far on here and people that aren't on here as well. But trolling isn't tit talking on a website and I think the majority of us would rather her not shoot herself in the foot constantly, and actually learn some valuable life lessons.

I can only assume the people referring to us as "scummy trolls" haven't actually read any of the posts (don't blame them theres a lot) so they are probably just basing this opinion off of gossip websites old reputations which lets be honest weren't great. In their defense early guru gossip was bleeping brutal I genuinely couldn't read it, some of the things people would say was down right horrendous BUT the majority of people just arent like that hence why other forums were created so the conversation could evolve.

If an influencer can supposedly learn and grown don't you think forums can as well?

To the influencers maybe just visiting but choosing not read every post, we are not the villains gossip sites once were!

Exactly. Speaking to each other where the influencers will only see it if they CHOOSE to read it, isn’t trolling. It’s not bullying. It’s what happens when you choose a job in the public eye. Not everyone is going to kiss the ground you walk on and considering any time somebody writes anything that isn’t praise they get blocked by influencers, this is the best place for us to have these conversations. As somebody said, tattle has rules to prevent things from getting out of hand.

Same. There are people on here I really like and look out for their username on these threads. Lots of us have similar interests and health conditions and everyone's supportive of each other. Particularly nasty comments/posters are called out. Gabby is just a nasty piece of work inside and out, that doesn't change if it transpired that she doesn't post here (not that I believe that, she's here enough as it is). As someone said, Guru Gossip used to be really brutal. Tattle isn't like that at all.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. influencers bashing “gossip sites” is absolutely ridiculous and just shows how self righteous they all are. Magazines and tabloids have been around for YEARS, you get things like the Daily Mail or the Sun that absolutely rip apart the lives and the looks of actual celebrities, they are truly horrendous. But for some reason these barely known influencers think they’re owed some kind of worship from everyone? I truly do no understand it, it’s disgusting

The hilarious thing is as well, loads of these influencers have really obvious bitchy mean streaks? I'd say 85% of the time, the comments on here are valid criticism. Then there's a few which are more like, comments on appearances, weight etc. Some people don't like that 15% and they're very clear about that. But is anyone seriously telling me people like Gabby, Zoe, Elle Darby, Lydia Millen, Vic inthefrow...they don't make bitchy comments about people's weight and outfits and appearances? Because I don't believe that for ONE second. Whatever people say about them on gossip sites it's out of the way. It comes with the territory and it always will. They are not immune from any kind of criticism - including comments on their appearance, to be quite honest. If they don't like it and don't want to see it...don't go looking for it.

I can only speak for myself but when I see posts that I don't personally care for or that cross my individual threshold for bullying (everyone's got different lines) I just scroll on by and don't like the post simple as that, generally when a post goes unliked or unresponded too its a good sign it's an unpopular opinion.
Not to toot our own horns but the few times people have gone TOO far we call them the F out!

Her stepfather owns the paper and her partner former MP Eric Joyce convicted of possessing grade A pornography which included a baby. Hardly any mention in the press regarding this or any comments from the blue tickers apart from Julie Burchill. Joyce is still allowed to tweet.
So yes we come here to vent at injustice in many topics.

I would imagine anyone from here who followed her would have done it to support her for calling gobshite out. I didn’t even check her Instagram after the post on here, didn’t need to, it was on here, so not sure how many others from here did?
