Oh my days, that is hideous! So tacky, tasteless and cheap haven’t seen the video yet, I can’t believe people are praising that decor! They must be out of their minds!

Another thing about these influencers that gets on my nerves - when they edit their photos so the clothes don’t look how they really are. I would never, ever have thought this dress was a pistachio colour! As usual, she’s taken all the green out of the photo, it looks white. what is the point in showing clothes that you’re trying to promote in a completely different light to how they are in real life?

totally agree! It’s so misleading too, especially if the brand is asking them to promote the product (not sure if this was the case here, but still!)

In her new video Freddy said the living room was of her mum's design and did admit it was "mad", lol. I wonder how Freddy's dad doesn't mind living in a house with that living room and kitchen...he seems to have no imput to the decor at all although to be fair I know a lot of blokes don't care and just let their other halves choose everything so maybe it's like that. Still, I personally would feel a bit sick if I had to live with those rooms and I love pink and feminine things!

As much as I love pink and my husband doesn’t care how I decorate our home; I still won’t decorate it for a 5 yr old princess.

I had the same thought! In a video she did about her style evolution she said when she was little her mum dressed her up so over the top in, like, Victorian type stuff. Maybe Freddy never stood a chance with that level of influence, haha.

Freddy is one of those people who I followed when I was younger and had literally nothing to care about but my face and clothes. Then I got pregnant and had to grow up. They’ve all stayed the same; it’s a bizarre Peter Pan universe for YouTubers who live in their parents’ attics, don’t stress about council tax and have constant disposable income.

It just shows how little imagination beyond her weekly hauls she actually has. I’ve been following this blog “parisinfourmonths” and to me Carin is the perfect example of someone Freddy wants to portray but is failing miserably. She’s only a year or two older but she is blond, beautiful, elegant, takes amazing pictures, also has aesthetic of very light pictures but not in a “everythingisthesamecoulour” as Freddy. I’m mentioning her because she never complains about not being able to take beautiful photos at home — she just did her own little studio backdrop with a white sheet and is now explaining her setup on her stories. Not playing victim, not begging her followers for ideas. It just goes to show you can take beautiful photos even during lockdown and even if your flat is not so “instagrammable” and she was also used to take most of her photos outside if you scroll further down.

I think you can really see the difference between Freddy’s childish behaviour and someone who is almost the same age yet so much more feminine and elegant.

And agreed! I followed parisinfourmonths years ago - but she had actually fallen off my radar with the IG algorithm not showing me her posts, I’ll have to go back and have a look - she’s always had incredible photography.

I do find myself liking and actually purchasing some of her summer dresses from her hauls that come from less expensive stores (H&M/ASOS/Zara) but I can't stand her. I find her so unlikable, Freddy is so pretentious and prissy, like come on, we all know that she comes from a middle class family and just got lucky with Youtube.

Lower middle class if you take into account that pink horror in her mum's living room. Or a family of psychedelic drug fiends.
She is a good looking young woman, hopefully won't ruin it with nose fillers and the likes but judging from her awful hair nowadays might go down that route. Apart from the good looks, nothing in the brain department...

Wasn't this girl caught in some racist drama before? I don't know her but only remember my friend worked in a clothing store which she did an event for/something for and my friend was a fan at the time but Freddy was so rude and acted like she was some hot tit when in reality the other staff were thinking the high profile blogger was gonna be Zoella. My friend wasn't sure if the rudeness was due to her being a POC of just how she is but either way its terrible behaviour. I can't remember what year this was - maybe 2018.
