I don’t think it’s so much about “better”. No offence to Daniel but he’s very much at the backend of his career. Red Bull have thrown him a huge lifeline either way or he’d otherwise be out of this sport entirely. At his age and experience, he can or should at least, be able to withstand the pressure. And if he can’t, well it’s no loss because his career was at its end anyway, similar to Checo. Liam is right at the start of his, he needs nurturing to learn how to live with the weight of expectation. Put him in that seat next year and it could be career ending at 21. Yuki has more experience but Red Bull are already harsher on him that others and everything he does gets scrutinised so

Every innocent soul is a victim here, no matter what state they belong to. I hope drivers actually come out and raise their voices for people from both sides. I totally agree that you cannot hyper publicize attacks which are carried out by the oppressed against the oppressor. But would you really argue the same thing as strongly and expect the same of celebrities in relation to the Russia-Ukraine war?

We've seen time and time again that labeling conflicts as just silly religious fighting is a means of diminishing it as a foolishly endeavor, when it's not. It's fighting against imperialism exactly as the Irish did against Britain in Northern Ireland. It's the same as the Ukrainians against Russia now, but I don't see Martin Garrix posting broken hearts emojis when Ukraine drone strikes on Russian land and kills Russian civilians?
