1. I’d really like to know more about the inner working of being an escort. Like it seems very glamorous but there must be a pretty dark side to it too! Well, for free... as a first investment money wise maybe, but they are are not exactly discreet about it and if they get too greedy, someone else might pay to make them talk (or they might even ask for money from the driver to prevent them from talking). I will try to find some stuff I've read in the past, but the term can range widely depending on the area. Like in LA, DC, NYC, Miami, and Vegas high end escorts can be literally just a date (like lance's wedding date) to full on prostitute by the hour. Kinda like choosing an air BnB rental.
There is also a wide range from say my friend who did this in miami (not a sex worker, but was a paid for date) while she was paying her way through school had no complaints. Neither did her boyfriend, who is now her husband with 3 kids. Her college savings was stolen by her addict father so she was stuck trying to pay high tuition unexpectantly.

And yes many would sleep for free but something you learn with any money/power/fame is that you dont open yourself up to liability. Im not knocking the me too movement, but it definitely made more celebrities aware of their 'casual encounters'. A lot of celebrities keep their relationships secret so long not just for privacy, but also because they want to make sure they can trust the person with keeping things private. Its just easier when you are not looking for a relationship to basically use a high end tinder to find people who wont destroy your career

Totally and from my time working with UHNWI everything in their lives is transactional. It’s quite sad and while I would like to be more financially secure than I currently am, I definitely don’t envy the super rich!
