yeah not sure, but they have to be within a certain distance of a level (whatever it is) trauma center that can handle bad crashes (which i hope doesnt happen)Also not sure if Imola is a track where it is required for the medical helicopter to be able to take off? I know thats been a reason in the past but think it only applies to tracks where the closest hospital is further away than a normal ambulance is able to get within the required time frame (can't quite remember the details, but saw it in a video on track requirements)

but then again that's assuming the roads arent screwed.
the problem with flooding is that no one really knows where its going to happen. All the "flood zone" maps, at least in the US were very old and years of development and moving the earth means water flows and settles differently. In the US a lot of people were screwed because they never knew they were in a flood zone until it was too late
