My best tip for friends is always, react the way you want to, without any care in the world on how others see you. It's your grief, and no one can tell you how to grief. Punch that wall, go for a run, cry, scream, laugh, talk, go quiet. And so many of them have thanked me for giving those advices when they are in the middle of it.😅
