Someone asked the other day about the post where she put their names the wrong. I’ve managed to find it. I still don’t think she changed them I think she spent that long putting her make up for the insta photoshoot that followed and just didn’t know which was twin 1 and which was twin 2

She probably thinks it’s sweet how this little old lady wants to nanny her kids for all we know she could be hiding behind trees at parks she could show people on the bus photos of her beautiful twin grandchildren I may sound OTT but these things actually do happen. I had a patient once who was dying of cancer no children no grandchildren no family I was only in my early 20’s my son was 1 and this lady asked to meet him and asked if she could pretend to be a nanny for one day so I took him into the hospice for 2 hrs and she loved it I allowed that due to her circumstances she sadly passed away 2 days later, this nanny Josie just sounds scary though
