Oh and apparently by adding the squash ( no added sugar ) to 0% fat Greek yogurt magically turns it into a luxury yogurt according to Fopps !! Not tried it so can't comment
to be fair courgette grated into porridge is nice and creamy.. it's just the thought of putting squash in that makes me illHave to say when I did SW I put grated carrot into porridge and had chopped apple and cinnamon on the top - that's really nice - not sure about courgette though !
