I love watching Chelsea’s videos, her twins seem to be much further advanced than Fopps. The difference is Chelsea allows them to play, interact etc without worrying about her favourite getting hurt.

I don’t think she’s ever followed the plan while I’ve followed her on social media. It’s tiny portions and always has been. If you had tiny portions of anything, healthy or not, you would still lose weight because of the calorie deficitShe's not doing SW she's calorie counting as she always has but wants pass it off as SW as that's what she's known for.
I went to a class today and the consultant actually said don't follow any of the big SW accounts on Insta as they aren't portraying real life or following plan. I thought of fop and harry pickard straight away
Most people on SW don’t syn them because they don’t even have one a day. The fact she eat loads tells me she eats them when she’s hungry to ‘take away the hunger’. It’s a common thing to do in the muscle building industry when you’re shedding for a competition. Very odd if she does it for that reason, just eat some more food.

Why is she doing the red/green days? She’s just making up her own diet and preaching to her new and influenced followers. She’s a danger. dislike her.
