For someone who thinks she is so smart, so superior in intellect to her followers (admittedly most of them are thick enough to buy her spiel about ‘waiting’ conscientiously to alter her nose, she is a fool. Any basic idiot would avoid filler/Botox/caffeine/ alcohol if they were truly desperate for a baby.
If she isn’t careful, Mike is going to leave her for a brood mare. I remember how much he clearly wanted a son and how upset he was when they found out they were having a girl. If she can’t produce a male heir, he’ll be off like a shot.

A “male heir” what century is it? Mike clearly adores River. Lots of people myself included have gender preferences pre birth. I think gender disappointment lasts for some people but I’m sure a lot are more than happy once they meet baby.
Of course he won't, what a horrible thing to say. He's not Henry VIII. He will be supporting her. It's probably very difficult for him too.
I wouldn't be doing the botox whilst TTC myself but I don't think there's anything wrong with a few coffees. I imagine they are under a fertility specialist by now too who is a qualified professional advising them.

I don’t think he would ever leave her actually. I think in those wealthy upper class (whatever class you want to call them) circles it’s very much not the done thing to separate. Even if you’re miserable you just put up with it. Affairs? Yeah maybe, but divorce is probably much less common than in your average middle class family..

They feed River with pasta way too much, poor kid eats macaroni almost every day. They just mask it with broccoli and cucumber next to it.
If she’s eating veg as well, what’s wrong with pasta.

I think Fleur does a good job of feeding her little bits of veg with bits of pasta/some salmon etc. Even when Fleur was vegan riv still ate balanced meals..From what I know about feeding toddlers it’s sometimes just a case of feeding them whatever they’re willing to eat

There are other foods in the same array as pasta (carbs) - simple potatoes and rice for example. It is not like they can't provide different foods for her.
I’m pretty sure that person is just trolling and not actually “shaming.” I say let the trolls be trolls and let’s stop acting like Fleur is actually being victimized in some way.

Sorry but I can’t see Mike being disappointed that they had a girl! He clearly loves River and I agree that Fleur feeds her a good variety of foods.

I was looking to buy a necklace today and really liked a Monica Vinadar one. But I associate her with Fleur so I couldn’t bring myself to do it
