I love how this started as a rave thread and then quickly progressed into a place to rant about what a daftie Fern is I can’t stand Nancy. She’s an entitled little brat. Definitely loves consumerism that one!

She's definitely turning into one. Learning from her Mum and Dad, I guess she didn't stand a chance !

New Here, stumbled across this couple of fakers and had to do some background research. It's probably all been said before so sorry to repeat anything as II've only watched one vlog.

Fern is not registered as self employed in France, has she ever mentioned this and she doesn't seem to be a director or have a company in England.

Ryan on the other hand has a couple of registered French companies. BOTH are in "redressement fiscal" as we call it here. It basically means the last step before going bankrupt, you're trying to renegotiate your debts. I suspect he hasn't been paying his social charges/taxes and most likely paying for fern's lips to be enhanced.

He is registered as an architect in France, The research I did suggests that had a flooring company up north (Leeds) which also went out of business with one debt still outstanding.

Did they sell a house in England and run to France with the money that was left? they won't last five minutes here unless they're earning, all this talk of living on the riveria is cringe, I suspect every time they open their mouths it's BS.

She certainly comes from some money. She's shown her parents' house; they're not short of a bob or two. But I do think Ryan has done well with his business too.

Both of his French businesses are in redressement fiscal, last step to bankruptcy. His last company in England also went into liquidation still owing funds of which she was a director.

I do! Can't stand the husband but I enjoy the vlogs generally.

Considering Fern got her initial online following from dressing the daughter in designer gear as a toddler (she was on This Morning) and coming across as vacuous and materialistic, she's really turned it around and comes across well now.

I enjoy her health/fitness stuff and when she goes to different villages around the Riviera, an area I love a lot. It's very easy watching. Will be interesting to see what they do with the next house they buy and do up too.

Anyone else think she's become unhealthily military about their food ? She even said herself she doesn't think about what it tastes like anymore, just what nutrition it has.
Also poor Seth, saying they hate laziness just because he had a lie in on a Sunday. It's a well known fact that teens need a lot more sleep.

I had totally forgotten about these people. She looks terrible. Such a shame she feels she needs to do that to her face. Everyone will assume she is that woman's mum, so I don't know who she is trying to kid.

I like it that they have an active family Sunday, but then to go on and on about not eating ”naughty food”, and earning treats, and not eating when going out to eat by claiming she’s not hungry (then admitting when the food came she was ravenous) is so going to screw up her daughter. The cruise looked bloody awful haha but I'm glad she seemed to enjoy it! Who were those grim old men hanging around them though? The clip with them singing at the camera made me feel a bit ill.

One of them was Stacey Solomon's Dad, Dave. He had the drone.

Whilst living in Doncaster, his business was doing pretty well. It's the move to France that's fucked it...

Blue Magic Flooring Ltd was in liquidation in 2018 and Leo interiors his next business had assets of -170k in 2022 about the same time they moved to France, he is now winding up for more than 400k. His French company had a redressement order for 18 months due to debts. I doubt he has ever made money and just spent everyone elses.

His business has been in what the French call redressement fiscal for 6 months. It means at some point he didnt have the money to pays his suppliers, workers and taxes etc. And a judge has formulated a plan to repay the outstanding debts. It’s one step short of going bankrupt basically.

Wow. Well there ya go. Not his first bankruptcy either so hes not good at managing a business and its finances. There he was giving us all advice not having mortgages etc, makes sense now cos he didn't have the money to pay for one. Bet that's why the pink house had to go, living beyond their means.

Things are rarely what they seem. And there she is swanning round The Carlton (mind you it's massively over rated and a favorite of all the new money insta huns and rich arabs that think its the place to be seen) not just once over the Christmas period but several times. Chugging down oysters and Skinny Bitches. It's all smoke and mirrors.

She shared a Katie Hopkins reel the other day on Instagram - basically a 'climate change isn't real' weird rant dressed up as a joke. Not what I would have expected from her... Put me off.

Did she? I didn't see that. Very strange as she goes to great lengths to delete anything even remotely controversial from her comments on insta and especially from her YouTube. She meticulously deletes comments.

Here's what has me wondering.........What happened to that friend of hers that she spent so much time with when she moved there - the people with the boat? The woman whose family they spent summer vacation with in Morzine. I think Fern is the godmother to this woman's small child, yet she has disappeared from Fern's vlogs and social media.

But you know who's social media she hasn't disappeared from? This Rachel Ward person. Rachel has shown holiday parties or afternoon teas with a group of people in the past week or two, thanking this woman for a great time in her Instagram stories, and there was no Fern in sight at these events. Also, this woman doesn't seem to have social media any longer - looks as though she's deleted her Instagram page.

Most extremely rich people I know don't have any social media presence and ask not to be included in other peoples posts because they are classy and or they have been advised from a PR / security point of view . Many have employed “ people” to clean up the internet about them too .

That vlog of the Carlton was a bit tragic ! I’ve stayed there with work , it really isn't that fancy , those two sitting there like princesses saying how reasonable the prices are , tone deaf !!

One of the costs they mentioned was a poolboy . I mean that's only a cost because they wanted to have a poolboy. With Fern not working and that pool being small, that's a job she could have herself.
I think Ryan has watched too many 'are you awake' video's. Someone even mentioned it in the comments, like Ryan gets it... he's awake

They have just returned from the UK and Fern has had so much filler put into her cheeks that she can hardly move her face and her eyes have disappeared!!

Thank you! I wondered what happened! I watched her vlog from last Sunday, after not having watched in quite awhile. I kept wondering what happened to her face! It looked like she had something done to her lips, like she couldn't close them or totally changed the shape. Really not great looking.

I agree. The apartment is awful, one sofa and a 2nd hand wooden repainted rocking chair!! That's not even enough seating for them let alone if anyone else comes to visit. What they gotta do? Sit on the urine stained tiled floor? I noticed a little fan heater in the corner of the living room. Must be cold in there, what happend to the under floor heating? Not warm enough or can't afford to turn it on.
They waste so much money, how much did they spend on their recent IKEA visit on bits and bobs for the kids? How many pairs of tights did she buy Nancy from a ladedah shop, only for Nancy to not even say a thank you. How much is she wasting on manicures and fillers and botox in Cannes?

They've never had their priorities straight. I reckon the flat will have to wait till next summer when when construction is supposed to stop then Ryan can get the men to work on the house when they're supposed to be having their summer break.

Her dad was bang on when he recently visited and said it'll still be like this in 20 years time, and Fern countered no no we're fast movers us. I think her dad knows full well.
