I was in Savers today and theyre promoting SJP Lovely so I sprayed myself liberally with it..
Rather liked it although I'm not sure its me. Lavender notes.

I ordered some eyeliner from Victoria Beckham beauty and got her 3 fragrance sample cards with it. The San Ysidro drive one is utterly gorgeous, but I'm not sure I want to splurge £170 for 50ml.... wasn't so fussed on the other 2.

Sotd - Gorse by Laboratory Perfumes.

A very wearable clean scent. It lasts a surprisingly long time on me as many clean/light types don't.

I had to hold myself back from buying VB eyeliners - they look so gorgeous but I don't wear makeup often enough to justify the purchase, and then knowing me I'd end up splurging on perfume too!
Wearing Black Opium Intense this evening - received it today. God it's gorgeous and perfect for this time of year - I want to douse all my scarves in it 🤣

My friend has given me some ideas for her 13 yr old for Christmas and one of them is scents ….

I have boys so no idea what girls like ? My budget is £20. Any help please . What do 13 yr girls like to wear ? Is Sol de janeiro mist? So?
My almost 12 year old loves Millie Bobby Brown's perfume "Wildly me". She also has Billie Eilish first scent.

Jo Malone wood sage & sea salt today, always makes me feel rich, even though I am far from it🤣
That's my favourite of hers.

I love that black opium, the blue one right?? No idea what absinthe or boysenberry smell like but it's good lol 😍

I'm wearing Tom Ford Cafe Rose. After sniffing in John Lewis, I initially thought "ew, too rose scented" but the drydown is gorgeous, really deep and complex with tiny hints of coffee and tobacco. I do like Tom Ford because every time you sniff your arm, it's a little bit different :ROFLMAO:

I know they’ve been mentioned on this thread, a couple of the Britney Spears perfumes are on the Boots £10 Tuesday today, if any of you are interested 😊

Yes it's usually in a clearish blue toned bottle but the one I got is in an opaque black bottle for some reason. Wearing it again today and its fabulous 👌🏽
Absinthe is a bittersweet aniseed kind of scent - I think that's what provides the bit of edge to the sweetness (along with the coffee). And I just googled boysenberry - apparently it has notes of tea, citrus and tobacco!
It all makes sense!

I saw the Black Opiums in John Lewis the other day, there's quite a few versions of it now and most smell quite different to the original. My daughter got bought the Neon version by her boyfriend and said it's nothing like the original - it's very light/floral and hasn't got the intensity somehow.

Yes I tried the two neon ones on holiday earlier this year - there's a green and a pink one - and found them quite wishy washy with no staying power. I think the green one is only ok when applied then gets really nice for a couple of hours, a couple of hours after application.
They're not iconic Opium type scents really.

Wearing Baccarat rouge extrait today. I have a small decant of it but I tried the Zara dupe again yesterday and will probably get it as it actually is good, I just don't like it at the start as it smells quite alcoholic for the first couple minutes

Todays scent is Lancôme Tresor, it's sweet and light peachy floral but very potent so I class it as a winter perfume (otherwise I wear Clarins Eau Dynamisante or Aqua Di Parma Colonia if I have an extra early morning start for work).

I have a lot of the Kayali perfumes and Deja Vu is my favourite (I also have the Hair perfume version of Deja Vu and it's gorge and great value!)

If the weather gets colder then I'm going to wear Elie Saab eau de parfum (smells like musk, honey and orange blossom) or Elie Saab Girl of Now (smells like violets, pistachio, honey and a jammy rose to me and is quite strong

I really like Girl of Now, I don't think it smells anything like the name or the bottle would suggest though if that makes sense! It smells a bit more... grown up than I expected I think.

Zara - Gleam of the moon. Dupe of Kilian - Moonlight in Heaven but heavier on the coconut note.

I seem to keep buying dupes of originals - I already own moonlight in heave but it’s more chai/ figgy on me . The coconut note is not that prevalent. Like the rose gourmand ( montale dupe) I didn’t twig the scent until I have tried it on 🤦🏻‍♀️

I feel a bit stupid keep buying dupes of perfumes I already own.
