So the attic floor of the house has had the correct permissions for planning.

the coach house however , whilst it had planning permission, whoever converted that into a dwelling didn’t follow the layout that they applied for permission for . It is a somewhat different layout. I wonder if she did a heritage search before buying . If the council were of the mind , they could force works to be carried out to make it exactly correct .

I agree that luxury real estate would be wonderful for Charlie! The earning potential is huge in that industry and you are working with movers and shakers. If he turned his nose up at a career like that, which I believe would suit him perfectly, he isn’t very wise.

I think he likes Josie and loves the lifestyle she provides for him. They seem more like friends or coworkers than they do madly in love. Neither seem overtly physically attracted to the other for their age and stage of life. His eye for other women, particularly friends of Josie’s is a major red flag. He seems like the type who would have a porn addiction…maybe even prostitutes.

when I go to daylesford I often hear carols chopper taking off. How the locals aren’t complaining I’ll never know. Le manoir in Oxfordshire are limited to one landing and take off per week in the field nr the orchard due to neighbours complaining .

chav spends his life buying made food and letting others do the dishwasher !. He makes a big breakfast at weekend for show I think and to save mixing with tourists

I always thought she must have bought the place with LaLa. She sold the place in Clapham to buy it - but would have needed a massive additional cash input, which I'm sure cocklodging Charlie didn't provide. I doubt she'd have got a sizeable enough mortgage on her own accounts. LaLa either contributed or guaranteed it all.

I also think she's probably got a pretty water-tight pre-nup in place to prevent him from taking most of it in the case of a divorce. (I was surprised she married him in the first place to be honest!)

Prenups have no legal strength in British courts, a Judge can and likely will overrule it
