Ok i was wrong they are back in England
There's also not really any covid restrictions anymore so they don't have to worry about having to quarantine/pcr or do lfts/be vaccinated if they want to do certain things.they’ve come back to use the NHS and stop everyone on here talking about them not seeing family
Not to mention she'd need to get her provisional license! Mine took a week to come pre-pandemic but I've seen that's it's taken some people months to get theirs since covid hit. Obviously she could've applied online but they have your address on so idk what she'd put.If mia wants to do driving lessons theres a long waiting list for tests
You have to be in the uk for 185 days before you can apply for a license tooNot to mention she'd need to get her provisional license! And then it depends on if she wants an instructor or if Darren will teach her. Many instructors have full books (depending on the area) because back logs for tests means people aren't getting through the process at the same rate they usually would.
I don’t think you have to pass your theory test before getting a provisional license and starting driving lessons. It’s just you have to pass both tests to get your drivers license. I remember my friends getting their provisional license before they’d even turned 17 & some people have lessons on their birthday.I’m not sure what the process is in the UK but wouldn’t Mia need to do a theory test to get her provisional license? Surely she can’t just go straight into lessons?
I wonder how long they’ll be in the UK or if they’ll even go back to Costa Rica..

In England, you can apply for your provisional license from 15 years and 9 months but can only start driving from the day you turn 17 (or 16 in exceptional circumstances that I can't remember the top of my head). It lasts 10 years before you have to reapply. However, I'm pretty sure you can drive on private land with the landowners permission at any age regardless as to whether you have a license.I don’t think you have to pass your theory test before getting a provisional license and starting driving lessons.
