Don’t judge me but I absolutely love butter on sandwiches (only butter one slice though, both slices is wild to me), even if I have mayo in it HOWEVER, I very rarely have both, only if I’m hungover so I’m on a calorie mission to make me feel better it’s fullll of empty calories and she uses full fat mayo too, that’s so counterproductive on a weight loss journey!

I always butter both sides. A thin layer though not 1/4 of a tub . So many of the calories she consumes are “hidden” the fussiness is probably played up for the camera but the fact a she gets a lot pf calories via butter, cheese, mayo, humous, yoghurt and roasting her veg in lots of oil means she could 100% have got that fat if shes as fussy as she makes out. Look at Becki Bison Jones she has a very limited pallette. Ok what she eats is totally different and is all high is saturated fat processed food rather than 6X the recommend amount of food that is considered healthy.

She tries to make out the breakfast she had today is healthy,where it is not bad, the calories in it probably add up to about 600 at least. 2 fried eggs,three streaky bacon rashers ,one sandwich thin plus the veg .
