There was some chemist that I follow running a competition for Valentines day for a sex toy and it was a like & share. I was thinking, who would share that 😅😅

we've a friend running a gym in Dublin and the €2500 will barely get you in the door. Lol

175 a month I pay for a private gym but it's group PT style set up. in my case I lost 6 stone in the first 7 months so an investment that was well worth it. Going there over 2 years now and would happily pay more if they increased their prices.

I lost 5 stone in 8 months by just making better food choices - it wasn’t as hard as it sounds I was surprised. After a few weeks I felt satisfied. I’d hate to have done it for a wedding though. It would stress me out

She's the best looking in those pics SJ jesus mental difference shows how much work the others had done I feel grace has a thyroid issue or something I do feel for her in that our body's go through alot esp after having babies.
