To add, there’s no way this was the case. There’s tax implications when selling a house under market value if there’s no justification to sell the property quickly. If it was the case that they “sold it to her under market value to promote the estate” - That’s a gift under revenue and would be subject to capital gains tax so the seller would have to pay tax on the sale of the house priced at the market value rather than the price she actually paid.Don't mind that poster. There’s a housing crisis. Shortage of homes and surplus or buyers - why would anyone sell a house under market value to get some Z lister to promote the estate? It’s makes no monetary sense.

Did anyone see Laura’s views on the shady stuff influencers do , the comment pod was very interesting, anyone notice this with greasy? Same few people commenting on each other’s posts about ten or so people in this pod agree to comment on each other’s post to keep engagement up , might be one to watch
