i watched rally back in the day (in the colin macrae era!) and it’s always entertaining! will have to watch again for cyril, i have no idea what channel shows the coverage here anymore though.

It was beautiful, now its windy and really blowy, just lost signal on my phone. I'm so happy I didn't drive into work today.
This is my blizzardy view as of now

It's just slush coming down sticking to my window and the wind is so cold it could freeze your soul.

I will, I'm even considering lighting up the fireplace and slowly die in front of it.
I usually never have any troubles with my lower back, so if anyone has a good stretch to do, please share
I'm gonna attend one meeting in 1.5 hours, and that's all I'm actually planning on doing today, also because I can take that meeting from my couch

Yes be careful with your back!! My lower back pain was caused by an injured joint so if it doesn't start to ease off within a day or two, i would try and get an appointment with an osteopath (not sure what the Norwegian word would be ). If its an actual injury then you might need specialist treatment. Stretches didn't help me either

And the word in Norwegian is osteopat, so basically the same
It's better when I'm walking Annalong down than when I'm sitting, so today I've been laying down on the couch, computer on my lap, phone laying on my chest and just calling people

Was just out in the hallway to grab a soda. Realised I couldn't see out the windows because the snow has been blown against it. Opened the door to not be totally snowed in, its about 15 cm of snow here now. And I haven't shuffled anything yet because of my stupid back. I'm gonna make a little trail up to my garage and just get rid of the snow in front of it, so I can get my car out

If anyone wants snow, I'll gladly mail it to you

thanks for these news BlaBla, I am so happy, I will have to start my research and indeed try to watch some content to see him!!

lesson to myself - never say or write that I plan to have more time, the day after turns out to be super busy, so I kind of did it to myself )
I managed to have a break for some food and think of F1 and now I keep thinking that I am ready not only for slagging Sharl
but also for meditation, yoga, music, composing, zen, zen, Ferrari's strategy can't touch me Sharl
he is so lovely I want him to be happy no matter what
(assuming he did nothing shady that caused the break up LOL)

@Minttu I hope your back is better now I don;t really have a remedy for that besides resting and not carrying heavy stuff for some time at all, so it all heals properly

here is Lewis driving his mechanic who leaves after the season, so sweeeet
