I don’t understand how there’s audio of Erin saying Luella will never walk literally playing over footage of Luella walking in the latest What’s The Deep (hate that pod name btw) reel for their episode. It’s just so reductive and harmful and unfair to Luella.

I hate the podcast - I listened to a few and it’s just poorly done trauma porn

She’s pathetic! So was it birth trauma or the vaccines? Or just tragic bad luck!! 🤬🤬

My friend asked her what will happen to the go fund me money and she replied saying she’s done heaps of Q&As about it and made a post (which I can’t find) and that nothing bad would be happening with the money if that’s what she was suggesting. Seems like she’s a bit paranoid

I’m sure a lot of people with medically complex children would love thousands to help with their child’s care. I’m so relieved the wealthy couple from eastern Sydney got it though.

I don’t understand this absolute refusal to believe that sometimes things go wrong. We are so lucky to have the science and medicine we have and to have a great many answers to why things go wrong with our health. But also, sometimes things just go wrong and we never have an answer - and the majority of us just are able to make a kind of peace with that. Her anger and casting of blame on little everyone and everything she can is just so exhausting and hostile and not helpful to her or her family.

Yep sometimes life bleeping sucks and things happen for absolutely no reason. I know as humans we try to find a why. But sometimes, there is no bleeping why. It’s bad luck. It’s genetics, having a “healthy” baby I’ve found is really the luck of the draw sometimes.

even then, you can have a healthy baby and something horrible happens like cancer or they get hit by a bus.

its tit, it’s life.

So when they have the night nurse, they both basically get a full night sleep? She says Tom basically sleeps through, occasionally wakes once.
So why is she ALWAYS complaining about how tired she is? It’s like she thinks kids shouldn’t wake up at all during the night or something.
Even if the night nurse only comes twice a week, I just think Erin is completely out of touch with how challenging parenting and sleep can be for little ones (disabled or otherwise).

This is disgusting, I have a severely disabled autistic child who attends a specialist school in Victoria and I couldn’t be happier or more at ease! My 3 other neurotypical children beg to go there because it’s so amazing!!

Yup, our kid is attending special kinder next year cos mainstream has been a total bust this year. She just picks and chooses what she wants to hear! Plenty of horror stories in mainstream settings, Erin 🤦🏻‍♀️

Erin had an old highlight with some FAQs. I’m saving some screenshots here with the stats about surgery etc. These are from Jan 2022
I was looking for wherever she allegedly spoke about the GFM funds, haven’t found that yet.

Agreed every time I hear it I feel enraged

Her current q&a is also making me mad

Making comment about first seizure and 6 week vaccinations - Basically implying vaccinations may have caused lus condition. So dangerous. Then insinuating it was because of possible birth negligence. Maybe it was your genes!? Would that mean everyone would blame you… no. But Jesus stop trying to blame it on someone or something.

I wish someone would ask - do you hate your life and wish your daughter wasn’t born?

Because everything she says screams this and it’s so sad.

Actually can’t stand her and to think they are only now getting an OT consult to make sure their house is accessible enough. Priorities hey, who gives a tit about your daughter who also needs to cohabit your home.

And how would she think Lu could go to mainstream when she says all the things Lu can’t do and will never do _ didn’t she say never walk or self feed ? My son has a support teacher in a main stream kindy, but if he couldn’t self feed for example or go to toilet I would have sent him to a special school.
