Guys I’ve figured out who erims “legal team” are (I study law myself)

So, under Erims request to take down these tattlelife threads due to “copyright claims”, it says that it was done by “Ceartas DMCA” View attachment 1172865

I researched what that is and it is apparently the “worlds most advanced copyright protection for content creators”. So, I assumed they were a team of advanced lawyers who helped get posts and sites taken down due to copyright claims

However, after looking at this company’s website, I noticed that it isn’t even a registered business and the website is badly designed. If this company is taking payment from people like influencers (which it says they are on their website), they should be registered for tax purposes. Isn’t it funny that the worlds most advanced copyright protection, e.g. erims shit legal team, are being dodgy themselves and aren’t following the law properly

Moving on, I looked more into the company and they apparently investigate revenge porn and sexual abuse stuff in regards to content creators. I don’t understand how these tattle threads fit into this category? In fact, the company literally said this once in their Instagram story- telling influencers to stop asking them to take down tattle and block the site (erim, you didn’t need a “legal team” to tell you that, we have said to block this site the whole time)

However, the company did say they will look into tattlelife for influencers (not take down the whole site like erim wants) and I’ve found that back in Jan 2021, this company started investigating tattlelife. This clearly has gone nowhere as it is now April 2022 and the site is still up.

Why doesn’t erim realise that she will never be able to take down the website. She has gone to the police, they’ve done fuck all. Now she’s using this dodgy company to take down the site based on “copyright claims”, which will clearly not work as she hasn’t copyrighted her pictures

Do you remember the forum gurugossiper? That website was a lot worse than tattlelife as there was definitely issues of harassment and defamation on there. People would report influencers to social services, animal welfare etc and would make horrible false accusations about them. Despite all this, no one from guru gossiper was taken to court and there is no case about it even though many influencers complained.

Thousands of influencers have probably tried to report tattle and take it down but the site is still up and running. Does erim really think she will be the reason it’s taken down?? This girl is honestly so delusional, after her many attempts to remove her threads, nothing is happening. Her scare tactics of getting our IP addresses aren’t even working either. She literally has nothing. She can’t say she has the “best legal team” if this company isn’t even registered and can’t do anything either.
