Anyone who has a business in social media should and would know that Facebook groups are the best way to convert sales! She doesn’t utilise these things - the same as instagram messages and comments because she is lazy. She wants it all on a plate. You gotta hustle for these sales. She has had some social media mental health breaks and suffers anxiety etc. some people self medicate for all that. But she seems so genuine and legit. I hope she gets through it if she is having to deal with stuff like that. Hopefully she is seeing a doctor like erim should
I don't follow Anchal, but her posts sometimes show up on my explore page, so I'm aware of her and saw one video where she talked about anxiety. Lots of people I know micro dose on psilocybin for their depression and anxiety, which has noticeably helped them. I'm not sure what to make of her taking hard drugs before becoming well known (we all make choices; sometimes not very good ones) like you said I hope she's seeking medical help etc.

I work in the industry and she’s not qualified to give meal plans, no PT’s are as they aren’t taught in great depth like Nutritionists are. Intuitive eating actually is very good if you are well read in it and have the right guidance/information from a Specialist Nutritionist but yeah hate Gwyneth’s stuff she’s not scientifically literate

In Canada it is actually illegal to be giving nutrition advice on Instagram or anywhere really, if you aren’t a registered dietician. UK & Canadian jurisprudence are very similar, since Lizzy’s people colonized us. Someone in the UK needs to press charges against Ekram or report her page for misinformation and impersonating a registered professional. UK led and Canadian laws are VERY similar.
And also, same with Erim, she’s saying a board qualified dermatologist backed her by Erim brand however didn’t the doctor lose their rights to practice as per another font in here? Irum’s page also needs to be reported.

Wow!! It's brilliant that they've made it illegal in Canada - I remember some regulations being brought in after lots of people died after buying, then consuming, diet pills online in the UK. You're right: the 'dermatologist' who backed her product isn't named, the derma lab information isn't public either and note how no high-profile beauty editor uses it or would recommend it. Tbh I'm not sure if that doctor lost their rights to practice or if they're just of a bad reputation. They both have to be reported - they're messing with people's health. Thank you for sharing this!
