Nothing sticks to Amy. It’s made me so annoyed at pissed off at how people like her can get away with everything. I know $40k and paying off 1/3 or whatever it was of the tax debt is no small amount of money but the fact that she most likely won’t pay it all off is pissing me off when us regular plebs would be dragged through the coals for it.

Then she gets a public call out from a local business for basically being a shit cunt and all of a sudden the posts disappear and she’s one of their favourites?

I may know a few people who work at her local council.

There is no way her kitchen in its current state would get registration, no dishwasher, inadequate sink and oven are just a few issues, she would also need a Food Safety Plan, need to be a Food Safety Supervisor meaning she understands all aspects of the Hazard and Critical Control Points (HACCP) management system, transporting food absolutely cannot not be chucking the slow cooker in the back of the Mitsubishi or defrosting butter on the dashboard, it infuriates me that she just thinks she can sell food without proper oversight, I managed meals on wheels contracts years ago, the issues we would come across in industrial/commercial kitchens was bad at times, where there were controls in place, home kitchens are notorious for harbouring all sorts of bacteria, there are not adequate controls in her kitchen, it’s a cesspool of bacteria, no one wants a dose of ecoli from your kitchen Lou.
