‘I never want to be in debt’ yeah love, none of us would be in debt if our frigging parents paid for everything.

Her latest video just shows how detached from reality she is.

She didn't pass the financial checks to secure the flat she wanted, and she keeps trying to argue with this letting agency that she can, and moans that she's not afforded any grace - she needs to wake up and realise that this is how the real world works. If you're not eligible, then that's that. You don't deserve special treatment because you're used to being daddy's little flower who always got it.

She also mentioned that they have her the option to pay 12 months rent upfront if she wants to secure it despite the failed checks and said that 'if I had 12 months rent I would be putting this towards a house deposit'. So she's saying that the massive influencer that she claims she is, she doesn't have like 20k saved up?! Really?!

Also said that to pass affordability checks she needs to earn something like 15 x monthly rent, and she earns about twice that. Assuming a rent of 1500, that's £45k ish. She also mentioned how good she is with money and doesn't spend unnecessarily - biggest lie ever told, she blows money left, right and centre.

Apparently the reason she failed the check is a £240 parking fine from 3 years ago, and she was unaware of the debt because she doesn't check her credit file / score and hasn't dealt with it but 'must have received a letter at some point'. Again, completely detached from reality, irresponsible and unprepared for adult life.

Makes me laugh how she's saying that she's only gonna stay in the flat 6 - 12 months and she's gonna buy a house instead. How?! She doesn't have the money as she said herself, plus her credit history is completely screwed. Is she OK in the head?

She'll literally never get anywhere in life if she carries on like this. She's barely an influencer, and as she ages that will go away at some point (sorry to burst her bubble!) and she will have nothing to fall back on.

Oh and a side note - she was invited to AfroNation, she must be literally wetting herself at the prospect. Not to mention that it is known for being rather rowdy and feral. People literally go to it to have loads of sex with randoms.

Her parents will prob buy, she’ll put in on the deposit and maybe cover the mortgage and obvs the bills, she’ll be fine.

i’d be so stressed if i’d got a letter for a parking fine, would’ve paid it immediately…3 years, without a 9-5 and no kids, there no excuse to not have paid it.

I don't know much about renting but surely she could have just taken the guarantor option? She literally said the options the estate agent gave her was pay 12 months rent or have a guarantor? She could easily have put one of her parents names down for this and it wouldn't have been a problem, especially if she knew she'd always have the money for paying the rent then it wouldn't have been an issue? Just seems like she wanted to make a fuss about the situation 🤔

Her not being able to afford the rent is not the flex she thinks it is when she’s always banging on about being a self employed boss babe.

I’m pretty sure letting agents can only see public information on your credit file (and not your actual score and what you owe etc), ie; CCJ’s and any bankruptcies and IVA’s

So her parking fine must have resulted in a CCJ, as do a lot even though there is a misconception that ignoring them will make them go away eventually

Oopsie Emma 😜

I would imagine she doesn’t really want to leave the flat so quickly - it will take a few weeks to sort through all her junk! But she can make flat searching content and persuade mummy and daddy that she is trying to save money but the world is against their little princess .

When I heard what she said, I immediately thought that she must have got a CCJ. Good luck getting a mortgage within the next 12 months then Emma! She can't pass a credit check to rent a flat, so how the hell is she expecting for a bank to give her an actual mortgage? She'll find that she'll have to either go with an expensive/ specialist lender or will have to wait until the CCJ drops off her credit file.

Has to be doesn’t it. Also, CCJ’s stay on your credit file for 6 years, even once paid. So if it’s from a fine 3 years ago, she’s got at least 3 years left, but the CCJ might not have been applied until way after the initial fine so could be even longer left until it drops off her credit file

All Body LTD and Emma Tamsin Hill LTD (which will be for her influencer stuff) are both active still and both Limited companies, so even if they did file as insolvent etc it wouldn’t affect her personal records as such 😊

I’d be bleeping mortified if I failed a credit check to rent a flat, not ranting - giving it max sass - about the injustice of it all on YouTube.

Welcome to the real world Emma, you are one delusional, entitled fool.

I’ve just watched the video, she’s so clueless it’s infuriating. Welcome to the real world Emma hun!

Does she not understand holding deposits are there for a reason? It’s not free to do all these credit checks and referencing and it’s not their fault you failed, the audacity to demand it back after she’d signed to say it’s non refundable, good lord!
