As with most of Ellies posts I'm a bit confused.
Firstly, her lawyer? As in one of the 5 she set up PTTP with, and then claimed she was doing it all on her own? You're going to have to be a little more specific Eloise. Or do you mean yourself?
Secondly, if all her accounts were frozen and she hasn't had access to any of it since October last year... Where was the money going from the PTTP donations up til February? At no point did she say "don't donate to PTTP as I can't access the money", she even admitted that she had donations and subscribers after February.
So if she has no accounts, and no way of accessing the money, then not only where (to who) was it going? How is she accounting for that on her company accounts?
As for not being able to pay rent, the last few (of the very regular house moves) have been to better property's with bigger gardens, doesn't seem like money is that big of an issue. And anyway, I thought she had the funds to buy a huge plot of land?
And lastly, she made a point before of saying (at the time) that they offered to put her on emergency credit, which she refused as she didn't want to go on any benefits and be part of the system, as they would use that to take her kids away. Well Eloise, maybe if you had taken the money, and cleaned up your act you still would have your kids.
