It's a conscious decision isn't it; as though she wants to be the queen bee in the biggest house in the housing estate hive.

there is no way she and Connor did this on their own mortgage lenders would see them very very risky to lend this much money too!!! So I’m guessing elles parents have helped considerably with the deposit and are probably guarantors on the mortgage.
I hope this influencer train soon comes to an end because when it does what will all these couples like Elle and Connor do for an honest days work !!

Elles mum is very comfortable and sadly very ill, maybe she has helped a lot knowing this and it’s somewhere for Katie to stay as well?? Her mum and dad are divorced. Her mum is not the same mum as Lucys.

Remember when she used to live Superdrug make up...now it’s all Charlotte Tilbury!!! Trouble is the pocket liners aka ‘Angels’ will buy through her AFFlinks to try and keep up! 🤬 the whole industry is vile.

Out of interest how do you know her mum is very well off? Makes sense she may of helped with the money for the house then and makes sense incase anything happens Katie will have somewhere to go, very sad

It seems like they’re probably well off because of Elle’s dad... her mum’s house seems quite big in vlogs and didn’t Elle go to private school?

I think her mum is far sicker than they have said on the vlogs and I get the impression from Elle's video tonight that they have been told this is/could be her last Christmas. I can't see any other reason for them cancelling NY as she seemed so excited about it.

did they cancel Katie’s trip to New York?!
I don’t think her mum is helping with the house, I really think she’s doing well enough with youtube and Instagram to be able to afford a deposit with 2/3 years accounts.

they lived with cons parents for so long before they could afford to rent and they wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage just because her mum gave her money.
As first time buyers they could easily afford a new build, con is obviously doing sneaky ads for that clothing brand on his Instagram as well.
They’re raking it in

She said they postponed it but Katie was apparently devastated. They were due to fly on Thursday I think she said. I would not cancel my sister's birthday trip without a very good reason.

If they end up going away or even planning a holiday for her birthday I hope her fans call her out in it, I bet she didn’t want to go because the house is only half done as well, obviously if it is because of her mum that’s really sad and I hope she’s ok.

but if they plan another holiday before bringing Katie to New York that’s a new low for her.

I think her mums battle with a brain tumour could be the reason why they aren’t going to New York. From what I know her condition is terminal and that could be the reason they’re choosing not to leave their mum.

she has said a few times in the last few months that some difficult “things” are going on in the background so I was surprised they went to America for so long a few weeks ago.

I’d just be a bit shocked if another holiday is meantioned, they always seem to go somewhere as a surprise for her birthday 🤷‍♀️

I don't think we can fault her on this one, her mum is really poorly and Elle adores Katie. She wouldn't cancel lightly and I think she always has Katie's best interests at heart
