Fair enough at some ritzy London hotel or Vegas casino, but utterly chav-tastic in that gorgeous old country house hotel type place. I remember thinking the staff were probably sniggering behind her back and I felt sorry for her.

I keep meaning to ask! I noticed it more in an old birthday photo she shared she had a much rounder nose and wasn’t sure if it was just magic contouring or she’s had a nose job
