This I’ve been an XL for the past 10 years. Which in most shops is an 18/20. I’ve recently lost 3 stone, and still going. I’m now a size 16.
I’m a 33 year old woman and this triggers me. A grown ass woman, and mother.
I’m 5’8 so I’m tall like Eden. So I know first hand how full off shit she is. If she can give a mature woman like myself a complex, just IMAGINE what she’s doing to younger minds. Silly little girl.

not to make it about me (god so Eden) but after a trauma at 18, TW I stopped eating, in the chaos around me, it seemed like the only thing I could control was the food, I also had OCD which gave me all sorts of issues around food, I ended up with a lot of professional help and had to have those gross shakes they give you. I never berated a person who commented on my weight, they didn’t understand what I was going through, and unfortunately it’s human nature. I worked to control my reactions rather than peoples words.

for the people who genuinely struggle with some of the issues eden claims to have awareness of, her ignorance and misinformation is hugely triggering.
