The more she lashes out, and the way she does it, makes me think more and more this is personal. Claiming that "every day people hallucinate more than we realise or admit", makes me think she's the one hallucinating and is trying to normalise it. Unless I'm a rarity who doesn't hallucinate. Of course, she adds the caveat "more than we realise", so she can justify saying "you do, you just don't know you do, but I know because I have a phd". It's pretty messed up really.

Sometimes people think they're fighting new battles & injustices when really they're trying to redraw their own past battles where they felt inequitably treated or victimised. They're determined to get the justice they feel they were unfairly denied. Sometimes crusading can be productive & societally helpful in other situations vicarious trauma/ high profile controversy chasing provides insight into the individual's own issues.

U OK hun?
I really don’t think she is.

‘I realised a long time ago that I didn’t need to be immortalised or cited or remembered or awarded to make real change. I don’t need to chase after a professor title. I don’t need to publish or perish. I don’t need to cosy up to influential and rich people for clout. I don’t need to hero worship others. I don’t need to be liked or loved by peers or opponents. ‘
WHAT?!!

Doesn't need to cosy up to rich/famous people but shamelessly milked Amber Heard for attention/publicity, now wants to do the same with Britney Spears

Maybe she sees stuff everywhere she has said without her name on it, because very little of what she says in an original thought.

Again, she is telling us we can't see something but its true because she is telling us it is true.

I found that uncomfortable to read, it's like watching a breakdown in slow motion.

These posts really make me wish Musk would bring back the 160 character limit.

All the ideas are mine,mine, mine - don't think I don't see you. It's a bit threatening.

Flipping heck - this is really disordered & dysregulated. It's a toddler tantrum played out in public. Yeah I think she's unwell but it always seems to be at a level that's not quite enough to be seen as a full on episode but it's attention seeking & frustrating to witness.

The more episodes that happen the more I understand the police response to her related in her own book.

So glad I found this thread!!

I did a VF Train the Trainer course last year (that my workplace put me on) and really couldn’t believe the things that were being said in it!!
It was ran by Jaimi and initially I found her to be confident and a good speaker but when it came down to talking about the subject, it was so preachy & brain washing! In my opinion!
after the xourse I looked more into Jessica Taylor and couldn’t believe the theories she had and that she was somehow in a position to influence others about it all!

whay I also found strange was that Jaimi would talk about her wife and talk about dr Jessica Taylor… I didn’t know they were the same person until months later and lots of research! I was actually gobamacked.. Jaimi very much comes across under her spell!

Jess claims to have written this at 13, and is using a teenagers post about wanting money for alcohol, as proof of her traumatic life at the time. I suspect it was written more recently for the new book, but if it was written at school, why did she have a leavers book at 13? That just wouldn't happen. And if, as is more likely, this is her end of year 11 leavers book, then why did she have one when she was supposedly not attending school, as in an abusive relationship and working all night in pubs.

I mostly find it difficult to believe that she had friends, to be quite honest.

As if you wouldn't remember when you started drinking, it's almost a rite of passage (13, destination the park, for me). That looks like a very embarrassing attempt at writing what she thinks a working class 13 year old would write. I'm scarlet on her behalf.

I agree. It's so contrived. I believe it was recently written to include in her latest work of fiction

Why does that page look like it’s come straight from one of those drama companies that goes around schools doing sessions on teenage issues?

Also how is she a trauma specialist? Does arguing on social media and stating all your outlandish opinions are facts make you a specialist?

It reads like someone trying to pass as young & working class - it’s like a caricature.

I think because Jaimi actually has very little depth of knowledge regarding the training she delivers (having not worked / studied in mental health, VAWG, support roles, criminal justice etc), she mimics Jessica’s confidence and just throws information at the group.

I don’t mean to belittle her. But there’s no getting around her lack of knowledge and experience, and you just can’t hide that among most professionals in relevant fields.

It really says a lot about Jessica, in many different ways, that she puts Jaimi in that position.

Just been catching up on Jessica's instagram and laughed out loud. I bet she really does make her kids call her Dr
If the best(est ) mum in the world deserted her kids with her allegedly abusive ex while she slipped off into the sunset with her much younger wife, I'd hate to think what the worst mum is up to.

Do you think we're going to be mentioned in her oh so important memoir? In which case she would no doubt recycle the same lies from her "stalking" article (e.g. "which child had the dad she said she fought in court again?" becomes "feminists are trying to locate my children and find out about their paternity!")
