Well that's a lie to start with because on the very first "we bought a house" tour video she said she couldn't stand looking at the blind in the downstairs bathroom as it set off her "tryphobia". So she's talking out of her arse again. You need to be relatively intelligent to lie effectively and get away with it but Demi just isn't.

ah yeah i just had a look online, some news sites say you can only socialise with your household and some say your household and your social bubble, so she'd probably be limited to her house and sean at most. Let's see what happens when sean has to work and she's got none of her family to slave away for her, guarantee that house stays the same lol

The house is perfectly liveable in, they’re repapering the walls, not putting a new roof on, although the way she bleeping goes on you wouldn’t guess that. I think they’re delaying living together permanently.
