I’ve gone Tattle Investigator mode onto companies Dawn is involved in / has shares in and came across something that doesn’t sit right with me. It may not be criminal but it’s certainly questionable imo sorry if it’s already been brought up before.
In Feb 2019 Mr A Ward steps off as director of Bilton Ward and another Ward takes his place Terrance born 1932 that’s what stood out the age made me check this was in fact his dad and I’m pretty sure it is.
In March 2019 Bilton Ward Developments goes into a voluntary wind up of the company it’s still in liquidation now.
Statement of affairs says there’s £500k owed to Bilton Ward from an associated company, that company was asked to make payment but had not as of June 2022.
Liquidators statement also says they have asked director questions but no response. Past director is in Dubai and Terrance is now 90 ish his wife has Alzheimer’s in a home can he really handle the responsibilities of being a director ?
Why are they leaving the country shipping over a horse to Dubai and leaving these elderly parents who need help here plus on top sticking him onto a company in trouble not signs of good people imo
Don’t want to put links because Companies House shows home addresses and if Terrance Ward is still in his home feel it’s not right to put on here hope that’s ok

That really is shocking and I can't imagine he had much of a say in it. I've also noticed that they didn't put her parents down as directors.
It shocked me when I saw the DOB and worked out it was the dad.
Her parents seem to be younger much more active have their own businesses they wouldn’t risk putting their name down imo.
Anyways all directors in prior 12 month period can be investigated / disqualified so not sure why Ashley and Dawn have done this other than to try and avoid answering questions.
1st Insta post May 2021 - Talking about how his mother is locked down in a home and his dad Terry it’s his first time outside in 15 months
2nd Insta post May 2022 - Ashley says he hasn’t seen his dad since he left Dubai will celebrate when they are in England
So Terry is 90 now heading up a company in liquidation whilst his son tans in up in Dubai the parents were used as props for TV to make them look good caring for the elderly now the mother with Alzheimer’s is in a home hardly seeing her son and the dad who knows where he is this is sad to me
