Have you tried just putting the Mct powder into a black coffee and using a whizzer?
I don’t have any dairy in mine and it tastes so creamy. It might take a little getting used to the Mct and coffee but for someone who used to live on ‘milky’ coffee I can’t believe what a convert I am and I don’t have breakfast now until 11.30 because it keeps me satiated. No carb /glucose drop either and stable blood sure plus still in ketosis.
Sorry to confuse you. I don't take bovine collagen powder at all any more because it would cause really awful stomach cramps.

I've started the keto powder in my oat lattes (carbs I know but hate dairy now) this week and noticed a bit of stomach cramps with this too. Nothing as bad as what I used to get from the collagen though so I'm going to persist at one teaspoon a day.

I actually pop the powder in the cup before starting the espresso shot and it blends really well without needing any whizzing so I could try that. I do like my oat milk though. For info, I started keto three months ago and I'm 4lbs away from my initial target weight, the oat milk latte being my only carb allowance. The keto powder is the only 'biohack' I've started using as this season makes me crave carbs. I'm really impressed at how well it is working for you, this all kicked off after I was confirmed as Type 2 diabetic so I'm definitely open to trying the coffee with just the keto powder.

Can I ask, what do you eat as a keto diet? I don’t do well with carbs weight wise but I really struggle to cut them out. Doesn’t help that I don’t much like eggs etc!

The bad news is eggs feature every morning 😬 my biggest focus was to eliminate all carbs and then plan meals around that. I searched online about the principles of keto and tried to follow them as closely as possible - think a protein based main with veggies, almost like a mediterranean style diet. But getting your body into keto is really really hard, especially if you have existing health issues. I had to mix a hydration drink daily as my electrolytes dropped, and had to introduce some non keto veggies to include fibre. So I would sugget you start with the basics of keto and then try and work with your body around that.

Truthfully I bought her keto powder and her collagen. They're sat in the cupboard. I prefer My proteins unflavoured collagen powder and I don't bother with mct powder or oil. I got sucked in and bought them and apart from the initial trial haven't used them. I have a ready made protein shake fir breakfast mixed with coffee and have the collagen in a coffee at lunchtime.
I won't buy her tit again. I got caught up in the hype.
Also just to add I have the collagen at lunchtime and I actually eat food......any food..... at lunch and dinner. Always try to make healthy choices but I don't always succeed and I'm totally not uptight around food.nor do I beat myself up if I eat a takeaway and I certainly don't neck a load of tit to offset the effects of it.

Not everyone can control what they eat so if you think her stuff is tit then that’s your opinion. I love her products. I was a big sugar and gluten eater which caused me years of issues that I finally found only after Davinias excellent support. Her products have helped me carb the cravings, I can enjoy crsp food from time to time without the major hangovers I used to get, no more bloating, skin issues, brain fog and I am now a size 8 from being an inflamed 12 for years. My periods barely hurt, I hardly get breast tenderness or headaches since switching to her biohacking lifestyle. I am in the best state I e ever been as I approach peri menopause and after having kids.

whilst you may not have got on with the products, other might do anyone reading this don’t get disheartened.

I agree. Same for me.

It’s helped me give up drinking alcohol as well.

I’ve stopped having hot flashes and brain fog. I’m more alert and have less mood swings.

I have more energy for training and exercise.

Incorporating the bio hacking has helped me get my visceral large levels down to a normal level from 16 down to 9.

This gives me hope I’ve made my first order after reading through this thread . I will go slow and steady to begin with, my tummy is quite sensitive I don’t want to get the 💩

Yes don't do what I did 🙄🙄. I went straight in full tablespoon of keto heaped teaspoon of collagen wow was I rough. I then did a teaspoon of keto and put the collagen in my food a teaspoon. Now I can take both in my coffee. But it took about a week for my stomach to get used to it. Good luck

Honestly, what’s the worst that can happen? Give it a go and start slow. Go with the keto powder and collagen. I then added the Calm supplements which are incredible for my anxiety but my anxiety has massively dropped off as a result of not eating the rubbish I was before; sugar, gluten, processed foods. I then started to invest in private blood tests which showed I was borderline hypothyroidism so started taking Davinias thyroid supplements and I honestly feel a HUGE difference. The NHS bloods showed me in normal range for thyroid so I’d have been none the wiser. I also learnt through Davinia about magnesium and my tests showed I was low in that too as most of us are so I take a supplement that isn’t one of hers for that. I only started on the mct oil as it gave me a dodgy tummy before and I’m seeing I can stomach it better now thanks to my good large lifestyle.

Honestly, I’m the first to knock stuff but my life has changed SO much thanks to learning about hormones and nutrition via Davinia that I’ll praise it to the highest heavens.

A side note, I did fasting for 8 months and was really great but I learnt us women need to follow our cycle more so for example during the second half of it, don’t do fasting as much and allow yourself carbs - I have mine in the evening like Davinia as they help me to get into that slumber mode. Again, she talks all about this.

This is a bit ‘off thread’, but how do you go about ‘getting bloods done privately’? I like to think that I’m not a hypochondriac and I feel pretty good on the whole, but not brilliant.

One week on: one teaspoon of keto powder a day and I've had to give it up 🙁 it was great in my coffee but I ended up with a migraine for most of the week. I didn't have any today and the migraine is lifting. Every attempt at 'biohacking' like this has some sort of side effect for me, which is no surprise with all the health issues I have to manage. So for now I'm going to have to crank my motivation up even more and reach my goals without any extra help.

It really is amazing isn’t it, I can’t recommend her products highly enough! ♥
I’ve lost 3 stone thus far, no crazy ‘fad dieting’, nor any additional exercise, just keto powder, collagen and eating my normal animal based diet. The urge to snack of an evening has gone!

I agree with this. A lady at work I had not seen in ages commented that I had lost weight. I am eating so much less and not snacking. Game changer for me.

Her products are fantastic, I have never felt this fabulous in my life and it’s all down to her products. I am no longer feeling awful or feel / look like I’m 6 months pregnant all the time. Her tips on raw milk/organic full large milk , full large yogurt , cutting the seed oils out and using only extra virgin olive oil are brilliant too.
