The insulin supplement is very good , had sourdough sandwiches earlier and normally I feel knackered after and sluggish but taking two before the sourdough really worked and I’ve not craved more carbs/sugar a few hours later.
That's amazing. There was a product called carb blocker years ago. That page 3 girl linda luscardi (prob spelt wrong) was advertising it. Back in the 00s wonder if its like that

So I took half a teaspoon of keto and half a teaspoon of collagen. Still got a tummy that's nauseous and now I've got anxiety tummy. Mct can use anxiety so I've been told. Just not sure whether to keep going or give up

Is it the oil or the powder you’re using? The oil is awful for me I can only use the powder

The powder. I was told the oil was brutal. But even half a teaspoon of the powder just don't agree with me.

I'd give it up til your stomach is well and truly settled. Maybe a week or two. Then if you want they to introduce one at a time. A tiny amount off the spoon. That's how I had to do it cos it made me feel sick as a dog in thr beginning

It really is. I can't use the oil AT ALL.

Thank you. I will take your advice. Give it a few weeks. Start with the collagen slowly. Then introduce keto. How long till your stomach settled?

Would this collagen be a good one to get just whilst it’s on a prime deal on Amazon ?. It’s bovine like Davinias and thought would be a bargain to get this at this price.
I’ve purchased this, I usually use hunter & gather one have been for about 4 years & honestly this is just as good. If anything my hair & nails feel better.

Just a quick update it was the collagen that was upsetting my stomach. So I'm having my keto coffees and just slowly adding collagen to food until I can tolerate it. As I can't seem to digest it in coffee and it was making me ill

I take the collagen and my nails are insane. Granted, I get gel but they last so well on me and are so strong and healthy. My skin also has that ‘glass’ skin effect too.

Collagen gave me an awful stomach ache, never again! If it’s making your body feel like that then it’s not what your body needs!

What a shame. I take collagen every day and never had a problem with it.

My nails are really strong- even when I have from time to time picked off gel nail polish (I know, I know) but they repair quickly and the downside is that I have to dye my roots every 10 days now or less than I did before taking collagen!

I'm OK now. Took my body awhile to adjust plus I took what Davina measurements were and it was too much. Collagen in my food is OK just couldn't in coffee to begin with. Now I can just started small. Sorry it did this to u its not nice.

I had this with bovine collagen, and I totally agree that it's your body's way of telling you no thanks!

I'm four days in to having one teaspoon of Willpowder in my morning latte (oat milk too, sorry Davinia!)l. It blends in well, tastes fine but I have noticed there's some mild stomach cramps but can't be sure it's this. I don't plan on upping my intake so hopefully it just needs a little getting used to, I think it might be too soon to say if it has helped with cravings, I'm still having to stay vigilant about staying in keto.

Are you taking the keto powder or collagen in your oat latte?
if it’s the keto powder then that could be the issue with having to be extra vigilant.

Sorry to confuse you. I don't take bovine collagen powder at all any more because it would cause really awful stomach cramps.

I've started the keto powder in my oat lattes (carbs I know but hate dairy now) this week and noticed a bit of stomach cramps with this too. Nothing as bad as what I used to get from the collagen though so I'm going to persist at one teaspoon a day.
