I noticed the comment about the fact (she said) it had only gone up by 1p, but the poster replied it was in fact £1.01. Either Davinia doesn't have a clue what going on or shes trying to avoid the questions!
And it's actually more than £1.01 too!!
I just checked my last order and the items that I buy have all increased by £1.01 each. It’s not a massive increase and the collagen especially is still (I think) v well priced compared to competitors, but her attitude does stink when answering questions. She’s ignored people saying it’s actually more than 1p and has just told a few of them that the company was just doing them a favour by increasing the price to ensure that postage was free sooner! I think it would have been far better if she’d said beforehand “we’re redoing the website from 10-6 and it’s going to be loads better. Some of the products are going up by a £1 or so so if you want to stock up at the slightly lower prices then do it this evening or first thing tomorrow”
So apparently someone on Instagram said she addressed price increase earlier.

Agreed- her mate Theresa Paul the PR agency needs some help with how to communicate effectively to her customers!!! Tell people in advance, no one likes the surprise price rises from one day to the next with it warning.
If she did then she shouldn’t be giving people the hairdryer treatment with stuff like “prices have increased by 1p so that it makes it easier for adding up etc. I thought this would be obvious(!!!)”
Because firstly stuff has increased by more than 1p, and secondly why would a 1p increase (and her alleged reasons behind it) be ‘obvious’ to anyone who’s job doesn’t involve online retail strategies?
I watch her all.the time. I don't recall her saying anything. Just saw the comment this morning as people are asking and getting ignored. I know everything is going up. But she reminded us all the website was being updated then she can surely mention price increases. They all think we too stupid to notice

See this is what I'm saying. You've got to be really careful. Moanalot aka Davinia needs to make it clear, just cos she's got a cast iron gut, that these products really don't suit everyone. I've had to build up slowly, even the powdered mct (keto powder) makes me feel sick as a dog. I've took Holland and Barrett marine collagen tablets for ages a while back and I had no problem and my hair and nails grew really fast and my skin was amazing. Now Davinia would say don't take marine collagen because of the heavy metals found in sea food. Tbh I'm not that uptight or bothered. After I finish her powder I think I'll go back to the tablets. With the collagen , is it teaspoon or tablespoon?. I know the packet says tablespoon but lots of the Instagram content and reels they re post do teaspoons so just asking what do you do ?.
Exactly I took a teaspoon of collagen and a tablespoon of keto. Its too much have had a washing machine stomach all day. Makes me not wanna take it

The cramps are horrible. I over did on mct oil a while back so I completely get how awful it makes you feel.
Well I took Davinas advice and heaped a tablespoon of keto through out the day I think in 3 coffees. Wow I thought I was going to be sick that night and day after juat so much nausea..thank you for the advice. Not taking any today and going to start tomorrow with a teaspoon

The insulin supplement is very good , had sourdough sandwiches earlier and normally I feel knackered after and sluggish but taking two before the sourdough really worked and I’ve not craved more carbs/sugar a few hours later.
