I’m intrigued to hear what you’re all using, product wise, as ive had no success with curbing hunger or cravings. I used mct powder and oil (no side effects but didn’t feel it did anything. I already have been adding collagen powder.
What do you do that’s helped so much? Any tips welcome, I’m on HRT as perimenopausal so cravings and weight has been an issue for me this year and it’s so frustrating!

Her products are fantastic, I have never felt this fabulous in my life and it’s all down to her products. I am no longer feeling awful or feel / look like I’m 6 months pregnant all the time. Her tips on raw milk/organic full large milk , full large yogurt , cutting the seed oils out and using only extra virgin olive oil are brilliant too.
Which of her products are you taking?

I'm using collagen and mct powder in my drinks. I don't eat until 1pm now and if I'm feeling like I want to reach for the biscuits I have another drink with the powders. At first side effects were bad. But I started off slow and built it up and now I actually don't crave biscuits and chocolate

I'm the same. Literally just have Collagen and MCT powder in my morning drink and just drink water until 12pm where I have brunch.

Collagen , MCT powder , MCT oil which I’ll add to herbal tea or coffee throughout the morning to keep my fast going and curb cravings. I also take insulin support before a carby meal and the oestrogen detox to stop the rage and to help with belly large.

if I get a craving in the evening, I’ll either have a bit of dark chocolate or I’ll put a teaspoon of MCT powder into some milk and have that to curb wanting junk food.

Have you seen a reduction in belly large?

I’ve started on the collagen powder and mct powder it’s helping with my cravings for sure . But I still need energy I walk a lot and eat relatively well (hoping to cut the sugar with the help of the powder it’s my biggest weakness )

I want to start strength training but I lack any get up and go - what products if any do you people take ? I took the quiz again but I want to know from real people what has helped energy levels :) thanks in advance

I found making protein a priority really helped with energy.

My energy has definitely improved with sticking to protein, fats and low carb (apart from veg!)
As for strength training I tell myself to do 20 minutes and that’s enough when I really can’t be bothered but one other days I go over. I aim for 10k steps a day and 4 days of 20
Mins. I try and do it in the morning so that I’m not overtired and can’t be bothered in the evening. I work from home though so that helps.

This is a bit ‘off thread’, but how do you go about ‘getting bloods done privately’? I like to think that I’m not a hypochondriac and I feel pretty good on the whole, but not brilliant.
See if there is a REVIV clinic near you. They do various bloods.

Does she not have any other ‘large’ photos apart from that one where she’s sat on the step? It gets brought out every month! 😂

She's still saying she doesn't have Botox yet her forehead doesn't move when she raises her brows!!

I really don’t think she does anymore. I’ve seen her on some footage recently and her face def moves.
