I think that's either a man who enjoys being humiliated, or (more likely) someone the poster loathes and wants to ridicule in public. Poor sod looks like he's got leg ulcers as well as being grossly overweight.

You can see that the photo is low resolution - this is usually a sign that it's a stolen photo off the internet/someone's social media profile etc.
There's also what looks like oxygen tubing snaking over the poor man's chest. What a horrible thing to do to someone, set up a fake dating profile knowing he will be ridiculed. There are some scummy people around.

At first I thought it was a mistake and when he came back I asked him about it and he said his profile got deleted.
