This isn’t meant to sound like a weird humble brag (nothing impressive took place lol - I know.) I was just underwhelmed by the walk, felt a little sad, and tried to find a positive.

Today I am grateful that the headache I’ve had all day has shifted finally
Today I am grateful for my bf who was making me laugh this morning when I felt rubbish

Today I am grateful for a great friend who has been my constant support for over a year and always checks in with me. True friends are hard to come by so I truly appreciate her.
