Ive got LOADS

Used to work in a big supermarket on the clothing department, we had people pooing themselves on the shop floor (literally squatting in the shoe aisle), leaving period/discharge/tit stained underwear in the fitting rooms, kids going in the fitting rooms and opening shook bottles of pop so the spray went everywhere, mums letting their kids be stripped off and have a wee in the middle of the aisles and asking us to clean it up, people ranting and raving throwing clothes at us because we had shut the fitting rooms 15 mins before closing, trying to return stained and smelly clothes, people returning THONGS, I had to help a woman into a full Spanx bodysuit that she didnt even end up buying

I also worked in a call centre for credit cards and got told by a very angry indian fella that he would come find me, duck me and duck my mother if we didn’t get his card reinstated

ive probably got a lot more but that’s what I can remember off the top of my head!

And also one day in the summer holidays some kids were messing about in the toy dept I had to walk past them to get to the warehouse and some kid whacked me with a hoola hoop, ended up having a huge argument with this kids mum (who was an absolute heifer) about how she should take him to the park to piss about not to a shop where people are trying to work

I just dont understand why people poo on the floor when there is a toilet right there?!!? Like in what circumstance do you decide to do that?

I worked in a library and someone pooed and smeared it along the wall.

Another couple kept coming in to have sex in the toilets - they were asked to leave midway.

One lady was raging cos she had a big fine on her books and was saying 'I WAS ON HOLIDAY!' like she expected us to call her on holiday to remind her they were due back.

I work in customer care

ive been sexually assaulted twice

i had a bloke walk up to me-‘this tray stinks’ I went to take it so I could swap it-so he hit me in the face with it

ive been punched cos his order didn’t go through-he didn’t have enough money on his debit card

ive had a junkie wave a needle in my face

ive helped a lady in labour (thank god she didn’t give birth on me!)

I’ve talked two people out of killing themselves

ive been blamed for food coming as they’ve asked for-then they’ve eaten it-then moaned they are allergic to it (but seemed ok)

lve had people order food, ignore it for 45 minutes then moan it’s cold

i had a mum scream at me cos her child bit a balloon so it burst in her face-all my fault

you'd be amazed how many people bring their kids then duck off leaving the child on their own-I’m not the nanny!(I’m talking young kids-then they get arsey cos we have to phone the police due to them being abandoned)

been spat at

people tit all over the lav-and smear it on the wall/pee all over the floor

steal loo rolls

i was on shift with a new boss-had met him 5 mins earlier-we caught two people having sex doggy style in the gents (that broke the ice with new boss!)

and my fave?

(I wasnt there this day thankfully)

a lady walked in and asked for something but mumbled so badly my boss asked her to repeat herself

so the ‘lady‘ put her hand up her skirt, pulled her pants to one side-and peed all over the floor-‘farted like a racehorse‘ (my boss has a way with words) and stomped out!

I worked on the Customer Service Desk in Tesco.....the worst customer I ever had was in my first week! She had bought a dining set of plates and on taking them down to the carpark and attempting to load them in her car, she dropped them! She then thought she was completely within her rights to storm back up to the store and demand a refund as ‘the plates are all broken’ she argued with me for over 20 minutes while I tried to make her understand that once she has paid for an item, it is now her responsibility to look after said item....and that as the plates weren’t broken when she purchased them....I would not be issuing a refund! It ended with her spitting at me and telling me she was going to wait outside the shop until I finished!! Charming 😂🙄
What a witch customer

I used to work for a big pub chain. I have blocked a lot of it out now but here's some I can remember varying in severity

-Customers complaining about their food after they've already eaten everything
-Woman ringing up to ask if her husband 'John' was in when there was about 250 people in during the Manchester derby. Description 'oh he's a United fan who drinks Carling' then being abusive when I said I wouldn't be able to identify him
-Asking a middle aged man to leave the premises after he made thrusting motions and a 'while you're down there' remark while I was cleaning up his spilt drink. He then went on a tirade of abuse about how he could buy the pub  please do so I don't have to work here anymore
-Bottle thrown at me
-Guy who exposed himself to be whilst I was minding my own business in the smoking area
-Girl who was sat in the same chair all night then when she left it was soaked in blood
-Girl who lost control of every orifice whilst locked in toilet cubicle and we had to break the door down
-Carer who let elderly man with dementia use disabled toilet on his own which resulted in what I can only describe as a mit massacre, then proceeded to leave the pub to buy him new trousers from a charity shop, left him locked in the disabled toilet and took the key with her! He looked happy as Larry the whole time mind
-Seriously drunk parents in charge of children who get abusive when you ask them to leave (summer and beer garden worst for this one)
-Groups of mums who let their kids throw food everywhere then leave without picking it up are the absolute worst!

Funny one:

Once kicked someone out for doing coke one Saturday lunch time in the beer garden in broad daylight. Wasn't exactly unusual... anyway he tried to come back in a few weeks later and when I refused to serve him he was like 'but it was my birthday' 😂

I’ve had customers bring back packs of sweets that they thought were £1 but they scanned at £1.50 and they brought them back kicking off for a refund while their poor kid stands there upset for the sake of 50p.

Oh and the young lad (aged about 15) who was caught on camera moving his arm under the table in an ‘odd fashion’ so my boss asked me to go chuck him out as he wasn’t eating but she’d be up if I waved at the cctv (she was genuinely rushed off her feet that that moment)

yep he was having a tank in full view of the cameras Under the table!

i asked him to leave just as he came and he ranted that ’you ruined my enjoyment!’ And stamped out

thankfully my boss knows things like that make me go green so cleaned it up while I got some air

the lad in question was banned-came back in a few days later to be handed his banning letter-so he complained to head office!

I’ve also been flashed so many times it goes over my head now-I’m talking full grown men flashing their willies at me-I think I’m meant to fall down and beg for a touch of it!

😢😭🥵😱I do not know how you all do it. I have worked in a children’s
clothing department inside a department store when I was a teenager. We offered a FREE boxing and wrapping service at Christmas time. The customers were very middle class and well off. I had a customer yell at me in front of other customers because I was not wrapping his purchase fast enough. It really affected me badly, as I was young and it was my first experience of retail.

I can relate to so many of these!
I’ve worked in hospitality for about 8 years now and here’s a few of my lovely encounters

• busy Saturday night, I’m glass collecting and some bellend thought it was hilarious to smack and squeeze my bum! He swiftly got kicked out but was trying to say it was ‘just a joke’

• had a roll of blue roll thrown at my face because I refused to serve a guy as we’d already called last orders, it caught my lip piercing and it bled everywhere

• a lady was pretty much nose to nose with me screaming in my face because her voucher wouldn’t work, said voucher wasn’t valid for use until the next day she just didn’t bother reading the T&Cs

• someone actually complained that their food was ‘too hot’ as in temperature wise not spicy, I just looked at them in disbelief and didn’t know how to respond 😂

• I’ve also had middle aged women start a food fight in the middle of the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening, idiots

• a colleague accidentally dropped a peppercorn sauce on the floor and some woman went bat tit claiming it went all over her new ugg boots (it was nowhere near her) apparently it was my fault and I should buy her a new pair?

• I slipped on someone’s spilt drink with a tray of drinks in my hand, got totally soaked, smashed glass all over the place and myself and some woman on a table near where I fell started kicking off saying it went all over her etc, she was bone dry 🙄

That’s all I can think of for now, I’m sure I have a few more hidden in the back of my mind somewhere 😂

I’ve also been sexually assaulted then told it was ‘just a joke’ when I got the manager involved etc.

No sorry it’s not a joke, it’s actually a criminal offence.

I work for an Airline as Cabin Crew and I’m sure people leave their brains at the Terminal door.

On a night flight once I had a lady come into the galley to ask what the awful noise was as it’s preventing her from sleeping, my colleague and I looked at eachother like ...? She then proceeded to make the noise to get us to understand, which we then told her she is in fact referring to the engines. She asked if we could get the pilots to reduce the noise as she needs to sleep as she had a day full of meetings once we landed, me and my colleague laughed and said “we’ll see what we can do” but she was deadly serious about TURNING THE ENGINES NOISE DOWN and just carried on standing there with a look on her face that just read “well I’m waiting?” So I rang the flight deck and said we’ve got a noise complaint from a lady stood here regarding the engines is there any way we can maybe turn them down to which the Captain replied “yes of course, ask the lady though what are her swimming skills like?” 🤣🤣 trying not break out into a fit of laughter I told her he said he’d do it right away and with that she sauntered off back to her seat.

It’s also quite common in especially serious medical situations for people who can see you’re busy to still come at you with drinks orders and “are you serving food soon?”

Whilst there are so many funny stories about stupid requests, it can be very trying sometimes especially when people become verbally and physically abusive, restraints seem to becoming more and more common because people don’t know their limits with alcohol.

Similar too what has already been mentioned above when disembarking and saying my goodbyes I had a sick bag thrust in my face whilst being asked “can you get rid of this for me?” When I asked what was inside they said “my sick“ I said “No, there is a toilet there, do it yourself” I can’t believe the brass neck of some people sometimes I would never be so cheeky to ask someone else to dispose of my sick 🤣

Also I have found far too many used sanitary items on toilet floors than I would have liked to 🤮
Haha I’ve had the engine noise request too!
Also once had a woman repeatedly ask me when we were crossing the equator. I told her she’d be able to see it on the moving map and she was like “but I don’t see anything”.... took a minute to figure out she was expecting to look down on a big red line or something painted the entire way around the world. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
