It's a little odd that the "leadership" narrative is coming out at the moment; you'd think she wouldn't contain herself if she had been given status somewhere. My only thought was that maybe the "Edgecliff Wife" (or whatever the account was called) had proposed some sort of title for her when they were working together, as Crystal seemed to imply it was ongoing work.

It’s bizarre, isn’t it?? Even more bizarre that she thinks people are going to buy it when she’s never mentioned it before.
It’s as if all of the sudden she’s got this parallel universe running in her head where she has actually accomplished something. Either that or she’s told a lie about her credentials to someone she wants to work with and thinks if she just throws it out there now in casual conversation as if it’s true they’ll believe her. Who knows what’s going on in that chaotic head of hers. The ease with which she lies is disturbing.

Is crystal staying at the same place the women are staying?

I don’t think so, I think she’s in the $30/night place. There appear to be 7 women total attending so I would guess she decided to give up her room at the villa for the opportunity to make the extra money when she had a 7th person on the hook. (They are in the original large villa she advertised, which is 7 rooms) Probably the smartest business decision I’ve ever seen her make, tbh.

I wonder how she feels about the fact that most of the women attending are well into middle age? I kinda think she probably had a vision of a group of 20-something’s attending so they could have their young, wild and free moments dancing on tables together. She has herself fooled into thinking that she’s not pushing 40 herself - she still calls herself a young mum, she rejected getting a family car because she didn’t like the image, she wants to be a rootless, unencumbered traveling boho designer. She is fighting maturity with every fiber of her being. The epitome of “arrested development”.

He hasn’t died. She can still make the effort to call him regularly, have him on holidays, go visit him instead of extended holidays in Bali. She mentioned in another clip she had to pack up his room which I thought was really strange, you could keep his room for him to come visit. Is she not planning on making any effort to see him, or does he not want to see her?
On another note can you imagine the nightly performance of her singing to them. Massive eye roll.
Edited to add - plus she made a big deal about working from anywhere, that’s got to be easier than working at a theme park but I doubt we will get any stories showing that.
