her message is slightly passive aggressive as always, she’s so controlling; you’re either renting it out or you’re not! If people are paying good money to stay there, they should be able to relax and NOT necessarily treat it as their own. Be respectful sure, but everyone deserves to let their hair down on holiday. Her message reads like she’s doing them a huge favour for letting them stay there - they are PAYING and we can bet it’s not cheap!

Agree 100 percent. Def treat house with respect but nobody is going to treat it like their own, it’s a holiday you idiot. She is the worst. And no shoes inside good grief!

Nope, no sign of it at all. I mean, its plain and boring like that beach house so it would suit the interior perfectly. And where are their stockings from London that get a special mention every year too? Where will the op shop presents go Christmas morning?

The price reflects the poor timing. 1.7 seems so cheap compared to the boom times.

Good to know! I wouldn’t put it past her to come on here and try to control the narrative. She’s definitely the type to Google herself on a regular basis 😂 and we know she’s previously deleted and moderated a lot of comments on Instagram. When she does her talks to camera, I can sense some passive agression and control issues beneath the gritted smile!

It looks they are vetting people hard before taking bookings. But even then there are no guarantees your home will be treated properly. And still, accidents happen.
So they will likely agree individual bookings via Instagram/WhatsApp and then make those specific dates available for that person on the Airbnb listing. In which case we might not see the rate.
I wonder if she has been trying to rent it out for shoots and theres not enough of a pipeline of bookings to keep it to just commercial stuff so this is the next step.

So true! I don’t get the need to show off one’s relationship like this with the cringey posed kissing on the beach - the video and “20 years together” could have been sweet and enough, but she always lays it on with a trowel 😂 no modesty with this one.

I totally agree, my partner and I are super close to our large families but we’ve never had any family photos on display at home, only art! I really don’t like the look of having photos everywhere on walls etc and Courtney is far more minimalist in her interior style than me. I think it’s just a personal choice. I think the beach house is very spartan for a family with so many children, but it is tasteful.

Do you think the kids are being compensated? I'm guessing social media is a grey area but a percentage of the earnings should be put aside for them.

It seems to be this new ‘thing’ on Instagram, where women discuss ‘reconnecting’ with their partner after the birth of the last baby. She went all-out on it when Wilkie turned 1 or 2, and I thought they were going to divorce. Maybe this is just one of Courtney’s favourite things - a stealth post of her children when they were still sweet, little and biddable on Instagram?
