Anyone elses children gone feral today ? Weather has been rubbish here last few days and we are feeling the effects of not being out in the garden half the day. They are all still awake and driving me potty

My kids are bored senseless. 2 year old keeps screeching like a banshee over the least thing (not good when you already have the headache from hell) and my 4 year old is becoming very argumentative/defiant. Then about an hour before bedtime he starts repeatedly throwing himself around on the sofa and jumping (sensory). I know it’s because he needs to burn off energy; we used to do that before lockdown by taking them to soft play or the park for a couple of hours. He doesn’t even want to go out into the garden much now.Anyone elses children gone feral today ?
