Not for a country like USA with shocking health because a lot of people cannot afford to pay to see a medical professional so have to put up with whatever is wrong with them and a country of poor diets with huge food portions and very heavily populated places full of pollution. We are blessed here that regardless of what your bank account says you will get seen at a hospital if you're ill.For a mild cold ! Seems a lot to me.

Firms take on an extra 184,000 staff despite Covid furlough scheme
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) said the jobless rate fell to 4.1 per cent between September and November. That left unemployment just a fraction above the 4 per cent seen before Covid hit.
More great news that our economy being far more open than our neighbouring countries has resulted in such a low unemployment rate.
