I do love his pisstaking of Maria too. I wish he could feature in every episode having a wee funny moment. Better than 90% of all the other storylines.

Yes but she only has to work 5 days and she has 360 days annual leave.
Maybe her tea making skills aren't up to scratch so they just let her off cos they don't want to drink her dish water
