They’d only bring baby early if dangerous for baby or mam…not just coz baby is fatMy first baby was big at 9lb. We had an awful birth where both of us nearly died so it ended in an emergency c-section under general anaesthetic. I was closely monitored in my second pregnancy, fortnightly homevisits from a specialist midwife and under consultant care. I was allowed to opt for an elective c-section which took place at 39weeks. One of my consultant visits we went through my last birth and she said that there a new guidelines with big babies, where they do monitor with scans and will offer and encourage induction or a planned c-section if they are measuring big. I only gave birth in September so there could be some truth behind their story. Although, early induction was 39weeks not 36 like they seemed to be hoping for
Seen it all now…they can guess what a baby will weigh in 3 weeks time…honestly the baby doesn’t deserve them both as parents

If he’s 7lbs now, he’s not going to gain 3 or 4 lbs in the next 4 weeks. Because that’s what he’s have to do to be a 10lb or more baby.
My friend had an 11lb baby, naturally and on his due date. There was never talk of getting him out early
Maybe Cole and Abbie think everyone looks to them for pregnancy advice and no one else knows anything about anything.
They forget some of us have had at least one pregnancy, therefore a baby at the end of it. Those women have also had long conversations with midwives. They forget that some of us actually know what we are talking about

I had to have a growth scan with my youngest. They said her legs were short in comparison to her body. She also had loads of hair (I had a lot of heartburn). They also estimated her to be 8lb plus…She was born 2 days before her due date (elective c-section for personal reasons) at 6lb 3oz, no hair and her legs were pretty much equal to her body…
Just goes to show that it is a rough guide based on what they see (they always advise this in scans as far as I’m aware)

My prediction is the new messiah will be born on his due date.....the one they're not being open and honest about.....they knew he would come 'early' because they knew he was conceived earlier than they let on. All hail the new king

They’ve been banging on about him coming weeks early for a very long time. They’re definitely up to something.
Unless you have a pregnancy illness, diabetes for example, there’s just no way you’d think a baby would come early, look forward to it even.
It’s messed up to even consider it to be honest

agree with you there. They definitely don’t bring a baby early if they’re fat. They were going to induce me when I was pregnant with my son because I was petite and he was too big for my body and they were worried. But they didn’t have to because he came 2 weeks early. But tneu only induce if late or there’s issues with the baby and mother not bcos the baby is fat.

No reason AT ALL for a sweep, agreed
Plus, they hurt a lot, and chances of infection increased tenfold.
Maybe they’re just trying to have all the procedures the NHS offer to make up for the money spent on IVF!?
