I was cringing watching those stories and how happy she was at the expense of someone else losing their job so she can sit and drink champagne whilst two companies fight over her and her irreplaceable skills

She’s a nasty, vile, immature idiot. I can’t stand her! It’s so true - it’s no wonder she has no friends / group of regular people to hang out with or a significant other. She’s tragic and needs to grow up.

ETA - I can’t be bothered watching all the stories so can someone confirm- is she staying with her new employer or going back to the one that made her redundant?

I’m properly angry about this situation. She’s so undeserving. I feel badly for the poor girl who’s been laid off, how utterly devastated she must be. Especially losing out to that nasty, smug piece of work.

Is there no training system/support in place to maybe figure out why she’s making mistakes?. I don’t know about this stuff but are there not processes to follow?.

She’s staying with her new employer, when she handed her notice in apparently they “begged” her to stay and have given her a payrise, benefits and sacked someone else so she can have the finance manager title
