It's do bad I actually have to read what he says a few times to understand what he is rattling he's gums at, each time I can actually feel a brain cell expanding and bursting in my head.

That's tiny, it's not even bleeding, no fatty tissue on show, so no stitch needed. New week new lie...last week it was the robin now this, bet he took the day off work told them he's injured his hand so bad needs a stitch.
