Fingers crossed someone rings the RSPCA to visit while she’s away to see the squalor the dogs are living in without fresh water.
The RSPCA will do diddly squat. They'll only get off their backside when it's a good media opportunity, like when that footballer kicked his cat.
Hopefully she wakes up to find she's been sanctioned again
