Whatever therapy she's had clearly hasn't worked, either because she had the wrong therapy or therapist or because she didn't work at it. The only 'vibe' she gives me is an intensely irritating one. Why do television companies pander to these people? It's a rhetorical question and the answer is equally irritating.

Autistic or not she is as dull as dishwater and who is he? TV presenter on a car show …. pair of delusional idiots.
I'm always wary about these claims of autism or whatever ... I'd like to see some medical proof rather than just take someones word for it. We're living in weird times were people just seem to make shit up. Know what I mean? No, I don't understand it either.

"I only stayed with Paddy because of my autism ... I felt protected when I was with him".

Is this nutcase for real?

One thing I don’t agree with although I know there doing it for there children is for them to carry on living in the same home , this is coming from experience. My partner tried to live in the same home as his ex partner as they thought it would be easier for there children plus the added stress of being financially tied due to having a mortgage , it just becomes super messy when someone decides to move on with someone else, and becomes confusing for the children, having parents sleeping separately and living around each other. They’d be better living apart and letting the children adjust to that it’s not like they can’t afford for someone to move else where. I’m also a parent to a child with adhd and asd , so I know the challenges with change, but sometimes things have to change unfortunately

Saw her posts about her dad's heroin addiction.
More attention on her.
It's always about the celeb. Even when they try to do a Florence Nightingale bit they can't help themselves and the least important person in the story is the poor soul it is meant to be about. I'm really sick of these people at this point.

Ditto, same here. Scroll back 5 years and she was complaining that they couldn’t even go on a short stay away close to where they live. And even when they did try they had to practically take the children’s beds with them and they only lasted 1 night. What has happened in those 5 years that her ASD children have suddenly learnt to cope with not only such massive change in surroundings and routine but also are able to cope at a very busy airport and plane ride with all the uncertainty that has at the moment. It’s not relatable. It makes me so angry when she does this sort of thing 😡
They started by taking them on the shortest plane trip they could find from their nearest airport, which I think was to somewhere like Southampton, with the plan that if the children were too distressed by it they'd rent a car and drive back home for the return leg. Then they built very slowly on that. Helps when you can afford to go away on a very regular basis through the school holidays.

The only photos that were ever shared publicly only showed them from behind. Doesn’t sound as if she’s happy about it though.
Wont be able to make as much money out of them. Apart from being married to Paddy McGuiness what else has she actually done? He's a knob for cheating but none of us would likely know who she was without him.

I'm amazed at how she finds the time to be available for all these photo shoots...Great legacy for the children though who must be so proud of their brave mum who faces the cameras despite her crippling social anxiety in order to keep food on the table.... ;)

I’d be surprised if Christine is even considering another relationship right now. I think her autism diagnosis has unlocked something in her mind and she no longer feels like she has to put on a front, ignore Paddy’s cheating and live a conventional married life. Also the impact of a new man on her kids would not be good.

I’d be disappointed if she jumped straight into a new relationship tbh .

Of course there's a huge variety in presentation of autism. It's my fault for not being more able to accept this because of my own experiences.
That’s understandable. I get it. Unless you live it, parenting autistic kids or being autistic yourself, it’s easy to have a quite narrow definition of what autism looks like.

If I had a pound for every parent I’ve seen on a FB group or forum asking for advice about their distressed kid, listing a TON of autistic traits but refusing to take that on board because They can’t be autistic, they’re too social! They’re loving! They can do eye contact! I’d be rich 😅

I’m like, bloody hell, autistic people aren’t cold, unfeeling, robotic monsters you know. They can present in a very subtle way but be in absolute turmoil on the inside.

Just remember his “relationship “ with one of the Appleton sisters was fake. I live in the same village as these two idiots and the photographer who pictured their make or break talks in the local park was with them the whole time it was being played out

Talks about all the usual stuff

Childhood poverty on a council estate.

Sexual abuse as a child

Eating disorder.

Left school at 14 with no qualifications.

Struggled to make or have any friends.

Completely exhausted from the amount of energy it takes to socialise and come up with conversations.

Still living with and co parenting with Paddy 2 years on from their separation. Can’t discuss the divorce for legal reasons.

Paddy going back on tour cause his money has ran out.

Refuses to discuss Chelcee.

She’s got another book out very soon.

🥱
