She can't keep her own lies up to date. The difference in the face, hair, lips, body and personality are all indicative that she still hasn't figured out who she is, and just copies other people whom she aspires to be like. This suggests she may have borderline personality disorder of some variation. She cant keep friends, clings to those she is close too, but has no real sense of purpose. Uses adhd as a reasoning for things she does, no, people with borderline personality disorders are generally reckless either partake in risky activities, speeding shop lifting,aren't very good with management of money , end up bankrupt or close too,or time, have a semi grandiose way about themselves depending on their mood, typically have other disorders or illness associated with their diagnosis ie anorexia or binge eating. Like themselves, or hate themselves depending on their moods, and believe their own lies. Have been paying attention to her and that's what this suggests she suffers from more than any other diagnosis. Unfortunately, it's manageable but like bi polar disorders it will never go away.
