My breathing's felt worse as the day's gone on, even going downstairs to get a drink is leaving me out of breath for 15 minutes. I wonder if it's something I'm eating that's triggering it as I'm feeling okay when I wake up - I'm going to pair down my diet for the next few weeks and see if anything stands out, if not I'll have to book an appointment because it's not right.

Sorry for bringing the mood down - go back to inserting mince pies into orifices, painting the town red blue, and eating those chocolate salty balls.

Aw I feel kinda bad for bring up posts from a few pages back, but I’d feel even worse for not replying so here goes (I accidentally typed “here hoes“ haha )

Have the second coffee and maybe a nice cake/biscuit/mince pie to make yourself feel better. Sometimes you just need to wallow and feel sad for a bit - I hope you’re OK

Thank you I can be a very bad bitch indeed, just guess today wasn’t one of these days! I ended up resisting the temptation to look at his pictures, he has no right being such a handsome fuck though.

you will get over him! Someone better will come along one day that will sweep you off your feet. I never used to think I’d get over my ex, I was with him on & off for 6 years convinced we were soul mates etc and when we broke up I thought it was the end of the world and I’d never get over him. Then one day randomly I just met my current bf and he is the love of my life and we have a baby! It happens so unexpectedly but it will definitely happen and you will look back and wonder how you were ever so caught up over your ex. Don’t get me wrong sometimes I still think about my ex and not miss him exactly, but wonder how he’s doing and think about the good times - but be grateful it ended and that I’ve moved on. It’ll happen to you too one day!

just try and be patient, and try not to punish yourself too much. Use us as a distraction

I guess I hit an all-time low this afternoon so I arranged for myself to leave early and bought a big pack of M&M’s. I call it emergency self-care Also had granola for dinner and dragged myself on a run with the dog. He’s such a great running buddy, I’m so glad I went and I feel so much better now. I also didn’t forget to take my meds today so pretty proud of myself. Also changed my profile picture to this glorious one of Mr. Harry Styles because I need something to feast my eyes on. Hugs to everyone

I’ve sent me ma to the shop to find me pigs in blankets and told her if she can’t find any don’t come home

if you live near an Asda in their hot food bit they do pigs in blanket barms (rolls) and they make me a very happy pig in a blanket
